Return & Exchange Policy
America’s Diaper Club is committed to ensuring that all of our products meet the highest of quality standards. If any items are received in a damaged condition or incorrect items are received (not the items purchased), please contact us as soon as possible (within 3 business days) to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will replace any damaged merchandise at no charge. We do not accept returns of opened or used items due to sanitary reasons.
If an item doesn’t fit correctly, we will gladly exchange that item for a different size. The only cost you will incur for an exchange is the shipping cost.
To request a return or exchange, please call us at (888) 515-2933 between the hours of 8am-5pm EST Mon-Fri or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Returned items must be in their original packaging and unused in order to be replaced or refunded. You (the customer) are responsible for return shipping cost.
Any refunds issued will be issued to the original payment method that the original order was processed on. Refunds are issued within 3 business days of America’s Diaper Club receiving the returned merchandise as long as the merchandise meets the requirements outlined above.
